Most products in our shop will be thoughtfully hand-crafted within 14 days.The header on the website will provide you with the most up-to-date information on order processing time for our goods.

All items in your order will be shipped together with the exception of apparel items which will ship separately.

Every effort will be made to combine shipping on multiple purchases, but this cannot always be guaranteed. We do request that you email us directly if you make multiple purchases to bring it to our attention as soon as possible; otherwise, we may not catch your orders in time to combine them into one shipment. Any shipping overages for combined orders will be reimbursed in the form of an emailed Sloppy Chops Co. Gift Card.

We will make every effort to accommodate requested changes to an order once it is placed. We do request that you email us (in lieu of contacting us on social media) and confirm a response, acknowledging that we can, indeed, honor your request. Please be as specific as possible in your requests, as making order alterations on items that are truly customized goods can be risky. If your order has already been made, or is in the process of being created, extra charges may occur in accordance with our return/exchange policy.

We can accept order cancellations as long as we have not yet begun work on your order. If we have already begun work on your order, the order cancellation shall be treated as a return and subject to our return policy.

Under most circumstances, the answer to this question is yes. If you are wanting a collar design, what is usually most helpful is a drawing (don't worry, it doesn't have to be fancy), so feel free to send me a message and I would love to discuss your idea.

A firm exception to this rule is if you send a photo and ask us to duplicate a design from another maker. We will deeply encourage the support of the original artist, who has likely invested a significant amount of time, effort and money into creating a unique product for you.

We occasionally offer our goods to established brick and mortar boutiques that share a like-minded aesthetic and presentation. We invite those who feel we may be a good fit for one another to complete our Wholesale Inquiry Form, and thank you for your interest.

Please make material donation requests (for 501(c)3 organizations only, please) at least 6 weeks in advance of your event. We receive many requests, and while we cannot guarantee your organization will be chosen due to request volume, providing advance notice definitely helps us accommodate your request.
